Jorge Andrew is on the Board of Directors for a second term.  He is the tennis Director of Operations for the Lexington County Recreation and Aging Commission in Lexington, South Carolina. 
He has been a member of the USTA South Carolina Sanction and Schedule Committee and Adult Competition Council.  He is currently the Vice Chairman of the USTA Junior Team Tennis National Committee and has served on the USTA Southern Youth Community Programs Committee for the past four years, and two years on the Community Tennis and Adult Competition Committees.
 Andrew was on the USTA National Tennis in the Public Parks Task Force and Hispanic Participation Task force for two years.  From 1997-2001 he served as District President for the USTA Florida Section.
Andrew is a Master Professional for the PTR and USPTA.  He is the second tennis professional in the world to receive the highest certification in both associations.  In 1991 he was named PTR ”International Pro of the Year” and 2004 the South Carolina “Pro of the Year”.  He is a PTR International Tester and Clinician. In 2006 he was named the USPTA Southern “Pro of the Year” and the South Carolina “Pro of the Year” in 2003.  He’s a Master Trainer for USTA Recreational Coach Workshops, a QuickStart Tennis Specialist, and a USTA High Performance Coach.  Andrew is the Chairman of the Cardio Tennis National Speakers Team and a member of the National Advisory Staff for HEAD/Penn.
Andrew is a former Venezuelan Davis Cup Player and Captain.  For more than ten years he played on the Professional ATP Tour and reached a ranking of 61 in singles and 69 in doubles with wins over Rod Laver and Guillermo Vilas.  He graduated from the University of Corpus Christi in Texas in 1973.  He is married to Ana and has two sons, Juan and Rodrigo.
