Adult Competition Rule Change

For the 2013 tournament year, the following changes have been made to the USTA SC Adult Tournament Rules and Regulations.  

For Men's and Women's Open through 70s, Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles in order to receive a final ranking a player must have a minimum of 10 points in a division.  A player's total points are calculated by considering the player's best six results.

For Men's and Women's 75s and Above, Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles in order to receive a final ranking a player must have a minimum of 10 points in a division.  A player's total points are calculated by considering the player's best three results.

For Family Doubles (Mother/Daughter, Mother/Son, Father/Daughter, Father/Son, Husband/Wife) in order to receive a final ranking a player must have a minimum of 10 points in a division.  A player's total points are calculated by considering the player's best three results.

For Men's and Women's: Singles, Doubles; NTRP Mixed and Combo Mixed in order to receive a final ranking a player must have a minimum of 10 points in a division.  A player's total points are calculated by considering the player's best six results.

Please note that for Aged divisions the Open through 70s divisions will now require six tournaments for a ranking and all NTRP divisions will now require six tournaments for a ranking.  Through the 2012 tournament year five tournaments have been required for a ranking.  In all other age divisions and family divisions the three tournament standard will not change.
