Combo Doubles Teams: Passing Shots

The “Passing Shots” is a 55 & Over Combo Doubles 6.5 rated team based out of Summerville, South Carolina. This weekend, they will be competing for bragging rights at the 2017 Combo Doubles League State Championships on Hilton Head Island.

The team is comprised of 14 members who were born in various parts of the United States including Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, New York, Kansas, California and Ohio. Although several new players have joined, the team has been together for 6 years total. "We are unique," state team captain Roland Ouellette, "because our players come together from all over the country. My favorite thing about USTA League Tennis is all of the good people we meet."
